Earlier booking provides more flexibility for design and installation dates, particularly for displays requested before Thanksgiving. Availability changes throughout the season, so contact us with your preferred timing and we will explain the current schedule.

Do I need to purchase the lights?

Full-service packages can include the lighting products, installation, covered seasonal maintenance, removal, and storage. The estimate confirms product ownership and every included service before you approve the design.

What happens if a light stops working?

Contact us if a covered light or installed section needs attention. We will confirm what is included in your seasonal package and coordinate service based on conditions and schedule availability.

Can you work with my existing decorations?

Existing decorations can be reviewed during the consultation. Whether they can be incorporated depends on their condition, electrical requirements, attachment needs, and compatibility with the planned display. The agreed design will identify what the team is supplying and installing.
